Charelle Caise, MSN, AGPCNP-BC

Charelle Caise is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with experience in primary care and pain management. Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, she earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Kentucky in 2016.

After college, she worked as a physical therapy technician at a local hospital, where she developed a strong interest in the medical side of patient care. She then earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in 2021. She now provides patient-centered care to individuals ages 13 and older, with a focus on preventive health and chronic disease management. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, spending time with her dog, and attending concerts, comedy shows, and festivals.
