We’re excited to welcome you for your complimentary consultation! At Balanced Bodies Wellness, we value your time and strive to provide every patient with personalized care and attention. To ensure appointment availability for all patients, initial consultation appointments require a reservation deposit that is applied toward any services or products purchased during your visit. 

Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the reservation fee being forfeited, as that appointment time was reserved specifically for you and may have prevented another patient from being seen.
